  1. I read your outline

    I check the scope, budget, timing, and decision-makers.

  2. We talk through the details

    If the project looks like something I can help with, we have one 30-minute video call.

  3. You get a scope and quote

    I send a written scope and fixed quote. Work starts after the 50% deposit.

Availability

I take on one build at a time.

I work remotely and only make site visits when the work requires them. If the timing or scope does not work, I will tell you early.
